Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic material management plans to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize waste
- Lead a team of store personnel, providing training, performance coaching, and operational guidance
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics departments to align material flow with operational needs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in material handling and storage
- Conduct regular audits of inventory systems and implement corrective actions for discrepancies
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to enhance space utilization and operational efficiency
- Prepare comprehensive reports on inventory performance, stock turnover, and cost metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in material management, warehousing, or inventory control
- Strong leadership and team management skills with proven ability to develop staff
- Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Deep understanding of safety protocols for hazardous material handling
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in manufacturing or chemical industry highly desirable
