Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end process of material requisitions and purchase orders within the healthcare division.
- Coordinate closely with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols during handling and storage.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements for operational efficiency.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including procurement and operations, to align material needs with business goals.
- Handle documentation and reporting requirements related to materials management and logistics activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in materials management, procurement, or logistics, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles, supply chain processes, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural, fast-paced team environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound operational decisions.
- Professional certification in supply chain or logistics is a plus.
