In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our premium guest experiences by fostering long-term relationships with high-value members of our MGA (Membership & Gaming Association) program.

You will be responsible for executing strategic engagement initiatives, ensuring our VIP guests receive personalized attention that exceeds international hospitality standards. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with high-value program members to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Execute personalized engagement strategies to ensure an exceptional guest experience across all touchpoints.
  • Analyze player activity data to identify trends and optimize service delivery for top-tier clientele.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate exclusive events, promotions, and tailored guest services.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly to maintain service excellence.
  • Support the senior management team in achieving key performance indicators related to player development.
  • Maintain high levels of operational compliance and integrity in all guest-facing activities.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, casino operations, or premium client services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse, high-net-worth individuals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; data analysis skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational needs.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Bilingual proficiency is highly preferred to cater to our international clientele.
