Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain the HSE Management System in alignment with local legislation and Reckitt's global safety standards.
- Lead and facilitate site risk assessments, job safety analyses (JSA), and hazard identification programs.
- Manage the incident reporting process, conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure full compliance with DOSH and DOE requirements.
- Coordinate and deliver comprehensive HSE training programs to staff at all levels to foster a safety-first mindset.
- Oversee waste management, emission monitoring, and environmental protection initiatives to ensure sustainable site operations.
- Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external HSE audits, regulatory inspections, and government agencies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably within a fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Registered Safety Officer (SHO) with NIOSH/DOSH certification is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian OSH Act 1994, FMA 1967, and EQA 1974.
- Proven track record in managing ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop strategic safety improvements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
