Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain a strong network of potential clients and real estate agents.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis to recommend the most suitable mortgage products.
- Process and submit loan applications efficiently, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by guiding clients through the loan approval process.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on market trends and bank product offerings to provide expert advice.
- Liaise with internal credit and legal departments to resolve queries promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the Penang region.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and mortgage lending procedures.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
