In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operational oversight of the sewerage network. We are seeking a proactive individual with a strong service orientation to handle technical coordination, customer service inquiries, and network maintenance activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and report on the performance of the sewerage network infrastructure.
- Coordinate with technical teams for scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding sewage disposal and network issues.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and site inspection records.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of new network projects.
- Maintain accurate records of network assets and operational activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in the utility or infrastructure sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
