Malayan Flour Mills is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive, Operation Support (Supply Chain) to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. In this pivotal role, you will act as the operational backbone for our logistics and supply chain functions, ensuring seamless coordination of last-mile deliveries and maintaining rigorous standards of performance.

You will be responsible for tracking Proof of Delivery (POD) documents, analyzing KPI performance metrics, and ensuring that all logistical operations are executed in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the coordination of last-mile delivery operations to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Monitor and track all Proof of Delivery (POD) documents, resolving discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy.
- Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to logistics efficiency and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external logistics partners to optimize supply chain processes and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with company safety and operational policies during all delivery activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics and supply chain activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations support roles.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including inventory management and last-mile delivery logistics.
- Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
