Your daily responsibilities will encompass managing end-to-end account opening procedures, processing Employees Provident Fund (EPF) contributions with precision, maintaining accurate client databases, and conducting thorough transaction monitoring to prevent fraud. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily operational activities including account openings, EPF processing, and client data management
- Monitor financial transactions for compliance, accuracy, and potential risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues efficiently
- Maintain and update client records in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Prepare and submit operational reports for management review
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations or administrative roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy in data handling
- Knowledge of EPF processing procedures and financial regulations
