Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily sales operations and coordinate effectively with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Drive the hiring-out process for vehicles to ensure high utilization and revenue targets are met.
- Provide top-tier customer service to address partner inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to track progress.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with existing partners and actively seek new business opportunities.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- A relevant degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality is preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role within the service or transport industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence others.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software systems.
- Valid Singaporean work pass or eligibility to work in Singapore.
