- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners aligned with AXS's business objectives
- Manage existing partnerships to ensure optimal performance and mutual growth
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop partnership strategies and action plans
- Monitor partnership KPIs and provide regular performance reports
- Facilitate communication and alignment between partners and internal teams
- Support in drafting and negotiating partnership agreements and contracts

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership management or business development
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
