Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead pastry production operations for large-scale manufacturing, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to food safety standards
  • Develop, implement, and refine production workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize waste
  • Oversee inventory management, supplier relationships, and cost control for pastry ingredients
  • Train, mentor, and manage pastry team members to maintain high performance standards
  • Design innovative pastry recipes and menus aligned with market trends and customer preferences
  • Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, and other food safety regulations
  • Collaborate with R&D and sales teams to develop new product offerings

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Pastry, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of professional pastry experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
  • Proven expertise in large-scale pastry production and industrial equipment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols (HACCP, ISO) and regulatory compliance
  • Exceptional skills in recipe development, cost control, and inventory management
  • Creative flair with ability to innovate while maintaining brand consistency
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities
  • Proficiency in production planning and workflow optimization
