About the Role
RPG Commerce is one of Southeast Asia's fastest-growing direct-to-consumer (D2C) social commerce companies. We are currently seeking a highly professional, dedicated, and experienced Executive Personal Driver to support our CEO. This is a critical role that requires more than just driving skills; we are looking for a partner in mobility who understands the importance of punctuality, safety, and executive discretion.
As the CEO's personal driver, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily transit, managing vehicle upkeep, and providing occasional administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the Klang Valley road networks and a proven track record of serving high-level executives or business owners. You will work in a fast-paced environment where schedules can change quickly, requiring a flexible and proactive mindset.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide safe, smooth, and punctual transportation for the CEO to all business meetings, social events, and personal appointments.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure the car is in pristine condition, both internally and externally.
- Plan and optimize routes using real-time traffic navigation tools (Waze/Google Maps) to ensure timely arrivals.
- Coordinate regular vehicle maintenance, service appointments, road tax renewals, and insurance inspections.
- Manage basic administrative tasks and errands as requested, including document delivery or personal logistics.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all business conversations and personal matters encountered during the course of duty.
- Be available for flexible working hours, including early mornings, late evenings, or weekends as dictated by the CEO's schedule.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Malaysian Driving License (Class D) with an impeccable, accident-free record.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as a Personal Driver for CEOs, VVIPs, or high-net-worth individuals.
- Extensive knowledge of roads and shortcuts within Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, and the greater Klang Valley area.
- Excellent physical health with good eyesight and quick reflexes; non-smoker preferred.
- High level of professionalism, punctuality, and personal grooming.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and medical screenings.
