Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis for prospective car buyers to recommend suitable auto loan packages.
- Present and explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules to ensure customer understanding.
- Process loan applications, verify documentation, and liaise with the underwriting team for approvals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain a robust network of potential clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on the latest banking products, interest rate trends, and market competition.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in financial sales, preferably within the automotive or banking sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work well under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in document handling.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
