Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively promote and sell a variety of personal financial products to new and existing customers.
- Provide expert financial advice tailored to individual customer needs and goals.
- Perform thorough credit assessment and data verification for loan applications.
- Ensure all credit processing activities adhere to bank policies, regulatory requirements, and internal risk standards.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs set by the management.
- Collaborate with internal departments to expedite the credit approval process and improve turnaround times.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or any related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or banking operations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of retail banking products and credit evaluation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in other local dialects is an added advantage.
- High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
