- Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable credit card solutions
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for credit card acquisitions
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM databases
- Build and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective telemarketing strategies
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and regulatory requirements
- Generate detailed activity reports and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field
- 1-3 years' experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities with target-driven mindset
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
