Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of financial terminals to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Monitor terminal transaction data and generate performance reports to identify operational bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with vendors and technical support teams to resolve hardware or software issues promptly.
- Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, security protocols, and regulatory compliance standards for all terminal activities.
- Manage inventory and distribution of terminal hardware components and peripherals.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to maintain terminal hygiene and physical security standards.
- Provide operational support to branch staff and merchants regarding terminal usage and troubleshooting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in banking operations, terminal management, or retail financial services.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify process improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
