As an Executive, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to monitor industry trends, enforce regulatory compliance, and introduce innovative solutions that improve service standards for all Malaysians. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of national policies governing the postal and courier service sectors.
- Conduct regular market research and supply chain analysis to identify industry trends and operational challenges.
- Collaborate with licensed postal operators to ensure compliance with service quality standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Develop and execute development programs aimed at enhancing the competitiveness and sustainability of local courier firms.
- Monitor industry performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for management and stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between MCMC and industry players to resolve operational hurdles and facilitate digital adoption.
- Support the team in conducting workshops, public consultations, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the logistics, postal, or courier industry; fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape and digital trends within the Malaysian logistics sector.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in data analysis and presentation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team in a fast-paced regulatory environment.
- Command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
