Eastern Pretech, a leading precast concrete solutions provider in Malaysia, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive - Procurement to join our team at our Seelong, Johor facility. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and cost-effective supply of materials required for our precast production operations. You will manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, supplier negotiations, purchase order processing, and inventory coordination. Your contributions will directly impact our production timelines and overall operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Source and evaluate suppliers for raw materials, components, and services required for precast production.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve optimal cost savings and service levels.
- Manage the full purchase order lifecycle from creation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular reviews to maintain quality and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments (production, planning, logistics) to forecast demand and align procurement strategies.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports on spend analysis and cost reduction initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and supply chain resilience.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and ethical standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a proven ability to build supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of precast concrete materials and production processes is an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
