Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure a reliable and competitive supply chain.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to stay updated on commodity price trends and supply availability.
- Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Manage end-to-end supplier engagements, including performance reviews and issue resolution.
- Support senior management in complex contract negotiations and drafting of service level agreements.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and ensure compliance with internal purchasing policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with production requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing within the manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a team environment.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity in managing vendor relationships.
