Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and expand relationships with key clients and distributors in the aesthetic medical sector.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on product benefits and applications.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic product recommendations.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing team to ensure accurate product positioning and messaging.
- Support the sales team with technical product knowledge and sales support materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in forecasting product demand to ensure availability.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses to track growth and identify opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, product management, or the medical aesthetic/cosmetic industry.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
