Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive production schedules based on incoming customer orders, demand forecasts, and current inventory levels.
- Monitor daily production progress, track job statuses, and proactively resolve any scheduling conflicts or delays to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate closely with the procurement and warehouse teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Liaise with production managers and floor supervisors to optimize machine and labor capacity, minimizing downtime and maximizing resource utilization.
- Prepare and present regular reports on production metrics, operational bottlenecks, and inventory status to senior management.
- Ensure all production planning activities strictly adhere to company quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement within the planning and manufacturing workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or a similar capacity within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in using ERP/MRP software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound operational decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a strong advantage.
