Tanggung Jawab
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality standards, cost-effectiveness, and delivery reliability
- Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and cost-saving initiatives
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable terms
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain quality control throughout the procurement process
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements and specifications
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
- Manage inventory levels and optimize purchasing schedules to prevent shortages

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles
- Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate supplier performance metrics
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Knowledge of purchasing principles and supply chain management practices
