Worldsign Industries is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Executive QAQC to lead our quality assurance initiatives. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving quality excellence across our manufacturing processes, ensuring that all products meet the highest industry standards. As the Executive QAQC, you will oversee the entire quality control lifecycle, from initial material inspection to final product validation. You will collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to identify potential defects and implement effective corrective actions. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and enforce comprehensive QA/QC policies and procedures to maintain manufacturing standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods.
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify root causes of defects and drive process improvements.
- Lead, train, and mentor the QA team to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with production and engineering departments to resolve quality issues efficiently.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations and international quality standards (e.g., ISO).
- Prepare and maintain detailed quality reports and documentation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and relevant ISO standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and reports.
- Proficient in using quality control software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
