Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control train operational activities via the SCADA and Command & Control Centre systems.
- Ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of train services at all times.
- Respond promptly to train faults, incidents, and emergency situations.
- Communicate effectively with train drivers, maintenance crews, and other operational stakeholders.
- Manage and coordinate train resources to optimize service reliability and minimize delays.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and standard operating procedures.
- Prepare and submit operational reports and documentation as required.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'N' or 'O' Level with relevant technical certification (e.g., NITEC in Transport Operations).
- Diploma in Transport Operations, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Good command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and rest days.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of train operations or public transport systems is advantageous.
