Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with corporate clients, financial institutions, and government entities
- Lead marketing funding initiatives to drive business expansion and revenue growth
- Analyze client financial needs and customize banking solutions (loans, treasury, trade finance)
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences and service excellence
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive business plans and financial proposals for key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal risk management policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, corporate sales, or relationship management
- Proven track record in securing funding and managing high-value client portfolios
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial markets and banking regulations
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze financial statements and assess credit risk
