Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new high-net-worth clients to grow the bank's funding portfolio.
- Proactively market and promote a diverse range of banking products and services to prospective and existing customers.
- Execute effective cross-selling strategies to deepen client engagement and increase wallet share across the bank’s ecosystem.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted financial advisor.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly funding growth targets set by the management.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential customer segments and competitive landscape shifts in the Makassar region.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of proven experience in a Relationship Manager or Funding role within the banking industry.
- Strong understanding of banking products, investment instruments, and financial market regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and grow a successful client portfolio.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Deep knowledge of the local Makassar market and a professional network is highly preferred.
