TheLOT Associates is seeking a proactive Executive, Retail Mall Fit-Out to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary liaison between our mall management and incoming tenants, ensuring that all retail fit-outs are executed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and design excellence.
You will be the bridge that turns architectural concepts into vibrant retail reality. From reviewing intricate technical drawings to overseeing on-site renovations and managing site issues, your work will directly impact the seamless operation and aesthetic appeal of our shopping environments. Tanggung Jawab
- Review and approve tenant fit-out drawings to ensure compliance with mall design guidelines and building codes.
- Manage the end-to-end tenant renovation process, from handover to final inspection and mall opening.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, contractors, and internal management teams regarding fit-out matters.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, safety compliance, and workmanship quality.
- Coordinate with facility management and engineering teams to ensure MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) installations align with base building specifications.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues on-site to minimize delays and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain detailed documentation of site progress, approvals, and communication logs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail fit-out, project management, or building construction.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, technical specifications, and construction materials.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency in CAD software and standard project management documentation.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple fit-out projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results within tight timelines.
