Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets within the serviced residence portfolio.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market analysis.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize conversion rates and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals, contracts, and negotiations to prospective clients.
- Coordinate closely with the operations, reservations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client data using CRM software.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality, real estate, or luxury services industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with a proven ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting KPIs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
