We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Executive, Sales to join the Mewah Group team, specializing in the distribution and sales of our premium Condensed Milk & Dairies Product portfolio. If you are passionate about driving market growth and building lasting client relationships within the fast-paced FMCG industry, we want to hear from you.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence in Selangor by identifying new business opportunities and maximizing sales of our iconic dairy products. You will work closely with key accounts, retailers, and distributors to ensure product visibility and achieve aggressive monthly and quarterly sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume and value targets for Condensed Milk and dairy lines in the Selangor region.
- Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with existing clients and distributors to ensure high retention rates.
- Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential business growth areas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional activities and ensure effective product positioning in the market.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to keep management informed of performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Dairy industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
