DKSH is a leading global market expansion services provider, and we are seeking a dynamic Executive, Sales Force Effectiveness to join our team in Petaling, Selangor. In this 6-month contract position, you will play a crucial role in driving sales efficiency and business growth through rigorous analysis.
As an SFE Executive, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive competitive sales analysis and evaluating sales activities to provide actionable business insights. Your ability to interpret market trends and sales performance data will directly support decision-making processes for our business leadership. You will work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure that sales strategies are aligned with organizational goals.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth competitive sales analysis to identify market trends and competitor strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate sales activities to ensure alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
- Generate regular sales reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with clear, data-driven insights.
- Analyze sales performance data to recommend process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of sales effectiveness initiatives.
- Research and summarize market intelligence to support strategic planning.
- Maintain and update sales effectiveness models and tracking tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Analysis, or Business Intelligence.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel functions and Pivot Tables.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
