As a key member of our admissions team, you will provide expert education counseling services to prospective students and their parents, helping them navigate their educational journey with confidence. Your role will involve developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality students across various programs. You will work closely with stakeholders to organize promotional events, campus tours, and information sessions. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a robust pipeline of potential students and consistently meeting individual and group recruitment targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive education counseling to prospective students and parents regarding program offerings, admission requirements, and career pathways
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified students across various academic programs
- Organize and conduct promotional events, campus tours, and information sessions for prospective students
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high schools, educational institutions, and community organizations
- Manage student recruitment pipeline and maintain accurate records of prospective students
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop compelling promotional materials and campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new recruitment opportunities
- Achieve individual and team recruitment targets while maintaining high standards of service
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or education recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills with experience in public speaking or group presentations
- Results-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of the Malaysian education system and higher education landscape
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
