Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and occupancy rates for luxury villas.
- Conduct personalized site visits and presentations for high-net-worth prospective clients to showcase villa amenities and services.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to final booking.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business.
- Utilize CRM systems to track leads, update records, and generate weekly sales reports.
- Coordinate closely with the housekeeping and operations teams to ensure villa readiness for incoming guests.
- Represent the brand at industry events and network with local tourism stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, hospitality, or real estate, preferably in the Bali luxury market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse international clients.
- Valid driving license and the ability to travel within Bali.
- High level of professionalism and a genuine passion for the travel and hospitality industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
