Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily office operations and general administrative functions.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
- Schedule and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and sending follow-up communications.
- Assist management with data entry, report preparation, and the maintenance of accurate filing systems.
- Greet clients and visitors with a high degree of professionalism and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory to ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support the smooth operation of the department.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Business Administration).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and a high attention to detail.
