Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide high-quality verbal and written translation between Mandarin, Indonesian, and English during business meetings and for official documentation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence with professionalism.
  • Prepare comprehensive meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and track follow-up actions to ensure timely completion.
  • Draft, review, and proofread professional reports, presentations, and legal documents in both English and Mandarin.
  • Organize and coordinate corporate events, board meetings, and high-level hospitality for international partners.
  • Maintain a highly organized filing system for confidential corporate documents and sensitive business information.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Linguistics (Mandarin), or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant to C-level management.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (HSK 5 or 6 equivalent) and English is mandatory, both written and spoken.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professional integrity.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital productivity tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask under pressure with minimal supervision.
