Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems within rail facilities and rolling stock.
- Develop and implement predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and enhance system reliability.
- Conduct root cause analysis for technical failures and implement robust corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Manage engineering projects including scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure all engineering works comply with rigorous safety and regulatory standards.
- Review technical documentation, engineering drawings, and specifications for upgrades or new installations.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff to foster a culture of safety and engineering excellence.
- Provide technical expertise during incident recovery and high-pressure operational situations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in M&E maintenance or heavy industrial engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in diagnostic tools and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Solid understanding of local building and transit safety regulations (LTA/SCDF/EMA standards).
- Proven ability to manage technical projects and lead a team in a demanding operational environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical requirements and operational needs.
- Ability to work on a rotational roster, including weekends or public holidays when required for critical system maintenance.
- Professional registration (e.g., PE or Chartered Engineer) is highly advantageous.
