You will play a pivotal role in managing 24/7 integrated operations, encompassing state-of-the-art security protocols, island-wide transport systems, and complex facility management. This position is perfect for a high-energy professional who thrives under pressure, excels at incident management, and is ready to step up and deputize for the Operations Manager when required. You will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of safety and efficiency that Sentosa is known for globally.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and monitor 24/7 integrated island operations, ensuring seamless coordination across security, transport, and facility management departments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for incident response, deploying resources effectively to resolve operational disruptions.
- Deputize for the Operations Manager, providing leadership coverage and strategic decision-making support as needed.
- Analyze daily operational data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and optimize site-wide efficiency.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to uphold safety, compliance, and service excellence standards.
- Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance incident response protocols and disaster recovery efforts.
- Supervise frontline teams to ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and operational protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Facilities Management, Security Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in high-volume operations, command center management, or integrated facilities management.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and decisive during high-pressure or crisis situations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in using Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) and incident reporting software.
- Willingness to perform rotating shift work to support 24/7 island operations.
- A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and operational improvement.
