YCH Group is seeking a dynamic Executive / Senior Executive, E-Commerce Account Acquisition to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for hunting and acquiring new brands to join YSG’s suite of eCom services. You will drive business growth by managing complex sales cycles and establishing strong relationships within key marketplaces. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about the intersection of logistics and digital commerce.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential e-commerce clients and high-growth brands to expand YSG’s portfolio.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in major marketplaces.
- Collaborate closely with internal operations and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on B2B or e-commerce account management.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, Shopify) and marketplace operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
