Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive international student recruitment plans to achieve annual enrolment targets.
- Build, manage, and motivate a global network of education agents, ensuring alignment with university values and performance benchmarks.
- Represent MILA University at international education fairs, exhibitions, and school visits throughout the year.
- Oversee the full admissions cycle, providing expert guidance to applicants on courses, entry requirements, and visa processes.
- Deliver compelling presentations and counselling sessions to prospective students and their families.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and recruitment data to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create effective recruitment collateral and targeted digital campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and prepare regular performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in international student recruitment, business development, or a high-level sales/account management role.
- A demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious targets.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Proven negotiation and closing skills.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally for extended periods.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office 365.
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in an additional language (e.g., Mandarin, Arabic, Vietnamese, or Bahasa Indonesia) is a highly desirable advantage.
