PSA Marine is a leading global port and logistics operator, and we are looking for a dedicated Executive/Senior Executive (Engineering Inventory, Warehouse) to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end engineering inventory operations, ensuring that stock levels are optimized, and data accuracy is maintained across all platforms. You will lead an efficient, well-organized warehouse team, driving productivity and ensuring that our maritime operations are supported by seamless supply chain management. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily engineering inventory operations to ensure optimal stock availability and turnover.
- Implement and monitor inventory control systems to minimize waste and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Lead, train, and motivate a warehouse team to maintain high operational standards and safety compliance.
- Conduct regular stock audits and data reconciliation to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Coordinate closely with engineering and procurement teams to forecast material requirements accurately.
- Streamline warehouse workflows and processes to improve overall efficiency and turnaround times.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations within the warehouse.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of engineering inventory management systems and best practices.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a diverse team.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail regarding data accuracy.
- Valid Forklift Certificate or relevant logistics certifications are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering is an advantage.
