Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process philanthropic gifts and donations, ensuring accurate recording, classification, and allocation to designated funds in compliance with donor intent and university policies.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, analyses, and reconciliations related to gift funds for internal stakeholders, senior management, and external donors.
- Ensure strict compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards (e.g., SFRS), and internal controls pertaining to gift management and financial reporting.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments (e.g., Development Office, Research Offices) and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations for gift-related financial activities.
- Assist in the annual audit process by preparing audit schedules, responding to queries, and providing support for gift finance matters.
- Maintain and update donor records, fund information, and financial data in the university's financial management system.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of gift finance processes, policies, and internal control frameworks to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline from a recognized university.
- For Executive level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, fund management, or audit. For Senior Executive level: 3-5+ years of progressive experience in similar roles.
- Proficiency in financial software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (SFRS/IFRS) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with diverse stakeholders including donors, internal teams, and auditors.
- Prior experience in the education, non-profit, or public sector, especially with gift or endowment funds, would be a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated high level of integrity, ethical conduct, and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
