In this vital role, you will serve as the bridge between our generous donors and the institution, ensuring that every contribution is acknowledged with gratitude and transparency.
As part of our Stewardship function, you will be responsible for cultivating long-term relationships with alumni and benefactors. This involves managing complex donor communications, preparing detailed stewardship reports that highlight the impact of their gifts, and organizing recognition events. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute donor acknowledgment processes, ensuring timely and personalized correspondence.
- Prepare and analyze stewardship reports to demonstrate the impact of donations to various faculties and departments.
- Coordinate and support donor recognition events, including dinners, galas, and campus visits.
- Maintain and update the donor database with accurate information and interaction logs.
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to align stewardship strategies with campaign goals.
- Assist in the production of annual reports and fundraising newsletters.
- Conduct research on donor profiles to tailor stewardship approaches effectively.
Kualifikasi
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in donor relations, development, or nonprofit fundraising.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in database management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling donor data.
