Constellar Group is seeking a dedicated Executive/Senior Executive, Incident Management Officer to join our dynamic team in the East Region. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our operational resilience, ensuring that our facilities run seamlessly while maintaining the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
You will be responsible for overseeing Facility Control Center (FCC) operations, managing complex building systems, and leading incident response efforts during emergencies. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily operations within the Facility Control Center (FCC) to ensure 24/7 service availability.
- Lead and coordinate incident response protocols, serving as the primary point of contact during building-related emergencies.
- Monitor and troubleshoot complex building management systems (BMS) and facility infrastructure.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations, fire codes, and organizational health and safety policies.
- Supervise and coordinate daily technical teams and external contractors to ensure high-quality maintenance work.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain comprehensive incident reports, logs, and performance metrics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility management, building operations, or incident response.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems (MEP), fire safety, and security protocols.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues clearly.
- Proficiency in Facility Management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work shifts or provide on-call support as required by operational needs.
