As our Sales Executive, you will be the face of the company, engaging with diverse industry players to ensure we continue to deliver the high-quality service our clients expect.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the heavy equipment and construction sectors in the Tawau region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide technical advice and product recommendations to clients regarding heavy equipment parts.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and quotations to potential and existing customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales approaches.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of parts to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer feedback in the company CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the heavy machinery, automotive, or industrial parts industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay; fluency in local dialects is an added advantage.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport for client visits within the region.
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and provide technical support to customers.
- Good understanding of the construction and logistics industry landscape in Sabah.
