You will be responsible for coordinating multi-disciplinary research projects, managing stakeholder relationships with government agencies and healthcare institutions, and ensuring the smooth execution of fieldwork activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage daily operations of population health research studies, ensuring timely completion of project milestones
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders including government ministries, healthcare providers, and community organizations
- Assist in the design and implementation of research protocols, surveys, and data collection procedures
- Prepare comprehensive research reports, presentations, and funding proposals for internal and external audiences
- Ensure compliance with research ethics guidelines and institutional policies throughout all study phases
- Supervise junior staff members and coordinate the work of research assistants and field workers
- Analyze and interpret population health data using statistical software and present findings to research teams
- Support the dissemination of research findings through publications, conferences, and public engagement activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Social Sciences, or a related field from a recognized university
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in research coordination, project management, or public health practice
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as SPSS, Stata, R, or SAS for handling complex health datasets
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a demanding environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholder groups
- Experience coordinating fieldwork activities and managing research logistics in community or clinical settings
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with keen attention to detail and data accuracy
- Familiarity with Singapore's healthcare system and public health challenges would be highly advantageous
