Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operation and monitoring of Daifuku ASRS systems to ensure maximum throughput and efficiency.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance schedules for ASRS equipment and supporting freezer infrastructure.
- Lead rapid-response troubleshooting efforts to minimize system downtime and resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and system upgrades.
- Maintain rigorous safety standards and SOP compliance within the warehouse environment.
- Analyze system performance data to identify trends, predict failures, and suggest process improvements.
- Supervise warehouse operational workflows to ensure accurate inventory movement and storage integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics) or Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, specifically with ASRS technologies (Daifuku preferred).
- Proven knowledge of cold chain/freezer warehouse infrastructure and environment requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, temperature-controlled environment.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead technical discussions with vendors and stakeholders.
