Hartalega, a leading global manufacturer of high-quality latex gloves, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Executive to join our dynamic team in Sepang. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of inbound shipments, specifically ensuring the timely clearance, delivery, and accurate tracking of essential raw materials such as latex and porcelain formers. Our operations rely on precision, and you will play a vital part in maintaining our supply chain efficiency to support continuous production.
As a Shipping Executive at Hartalega, you will manage the logistics workflow, ensuring that all incoming goods meet our stringent quality standards and arrive at the facility without delay. You will serve as the primary point of contact for shipping agents and suppliers, facilitating smooth communication and resolving any logistical hurdles immediately. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate all inbound shipments to ensure timely clearance and delivery of latex and porcelain formers.
- Manage and update shipment tracking systems to ensure 100% visibility and accuracy of inventory.
- Liaise with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and suppliers to resolve logistics issues and optimize routes.
- Prepare, verify, and submit accurate shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and certificates of origin.
- Monitor warehouse stock levels related to incoming shipments to prevent production downtime.
- Ensure strict compliance with local and international shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the operations and planning teams to forecast shipping needs and manage inventory flow.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a shipping or logistics role within the manufacturing or FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, Incoterms, and customs clearance processes in Malaysia.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with external partners.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
