This pivotal role requires you to orchestrate global shipping operations, ensuring seamless documentation and compliance with international trade regulations. You'll manage the entire logistics lifecycle from customs clearance to delivery coordination, optimizing routes to minimize costs while guaranteeing timely shipments. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end import/export shipping operations and documentation processes
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs authorities for compliance
- Manage shipping documentation including bills of lading, certificates, and customs forms
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve logistical disruptions proactively
- Optimize shipping routes and methods to reduce costs and transit times
- Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and tariff requirements
- Liaise with internal departments to align shipping schedules with production timelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in import/export shipping operations
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP) preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
