Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Executive Chef in the daily management and supervision of the kitchen brigade.
  • Ensure all culinary preparations adhere to the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and quality.
  • Develop and update seasonal menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills and performance.
  • Monitor food costs and minimize waste to ensure profitability.
  • Oversee the receiving, storage, and inventory of all food and beverage supplies.
  • Coordinate with the F&B team to ensure seamless service during events and daily operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage a diverse kitchen team.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP food safety regulations and local health standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
