Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Executive Chef in the daily management and supervision of the kitchen brigade.
- Ensure all culinary preparations adhere to the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and quality.
- Develop and update seasonal menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills and performance.
- Monitor food costs and minimize waste to ensure profitability.
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and inventory of all food and beverage supplies.
- Coordinate with the F&B team to ensure seamless service during events and daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a hotel or resort setting.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage a diverse kitchen team.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP food safety regulations and local health standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
