Griya Pesona Integrita is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Staff to Founder to support our leadership team in executing RAPI & SCUI initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in "Give Every Job A High Profile", ensuring that every task and project is managed with precision and strategic value. You will act as the right-hand support for the Founder, handling complex scheduling, stakeholder communications, and project coordination to drive our mission of community service and development forward.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate the Founder’s daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability.
- Draft, edit, and proofread high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with community members, partners, and government officials to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.
- Support the planning and execution of community development events and fundraising activities.
- Conduct research and compile data to assist in strategic decision-making processes.
- Oversee the maintenance of executive records and ensure data confidentiality.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Public Administration, Business Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an executive assistant, office management, or administrative role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
