- Trainee Relationship Management: Serve as primary contact point for trainees, addressing inquiries and providing comprehensive support throughout learning journey
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day office operations, training schedules, and resource allocation
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise between trainers, trainees, and internal departments to ensure seamless program delivery
- Feedback Implementation: Collect and analyze trainee feedback to drive continuous improvement in training programs
- Experience Enhancement: Develop initiatives to boost student engagement and satisfaction metrics
- Crisis Resolution: Address trainee concerns promptly and implement solutions to prevent service disruptions
- Process Optimization: Streamline administrative workflows to improve operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years in student services, customer relations, or training coordination
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with conflict resolution expertise
- Strong organizational abilities with experience managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and office productivity software
- Customer-centric mindset with proven problem-solving abilities
- Experience in education/training industry preferred
- Singaporean PR or citizenship required
